Tuesday already, my how the weeks fly by. Almost Thanksgiving and the Christmas Holidays. It seem the older I get the faster the days go by.
Alright, Four new CDs this coming week beginning 15th of November.
The first is by Tempus Floridum Vocal Ensemble conducted by Joan Yakkey. This CD came from Canary Burton of Seabird Studios and is entitled Women in Harmony. Selections from this CD will be heard in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Programmes.

The next CD is entitled Faded Snapshots (The Family Album) and comes from Australia and is performed by the Southern Highlands Ensemble which I think the is a family group of performers and composers. Paul Paviour, piano; Philip Paviour, guitar; and Julian Paviour, trumpet. I would guess maybe brothers but no sure. Below are two images, the cover and the inside of the jacket. The inside provides an interest information on the compositions in the album. This album will be heard on the 1st and 2nd Programmes.

The third album is by Ned Rorem and features two of his opera, A Childhood Miracle and Three Sisters Who Are Not Sisters. These operas will be heard on Monday the 18th and Wednesday the 20th of November in the 1st Programme.

The last CD is from Rensonanz Music Studios and is a recording of their Simfoni Untuk Bangsa 2012 Concert as performed by The Resonanz Children Choir, Batavia Madrigal Singers, Jakarta Concert Orchestra, Avip Priatna; Randy Ryan. piano and Nino Ario Wijaya, Klarinet. This concert will be heard on Friday evening the 15th during the Indonesian Programme.
